Yes! Our transfers adhere to all fabric types — 100% cotton, polyester, blends, and more.

🎨 Do you offer custom designs?
Not at the moment — but we’re working on it! Please check back soon or follow us for updates.

📦 Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
We don’t offer special pricing tiers, but we do run exclusive promotions through our VIP text group, and email list. Be sure to join for surprise discounts!

💼 Can I use your transfers for commercial purposes?
Yes! Our transfers are designed for personal and commercial use — perfect for launching or growing your apparel business.

🖼️ Can I use your mock-ups?
Yes — if you’ve purchased the transfer. Customers may use our mock-ups for marketing, but please note: they’re for visual reference only. Colors and sizing may vary from the final product.

🔄 Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
•     We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
•     All sales are final.

🛠️ Damages & Issues
•     Please inspect your order upon delivery.
•     If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate and make it right.
•     After 3 days, we are unable to resolve issues due to the time that has passed.

🚚 Shipping Policy

•     Ready-to-ship orders: Ship within 2–4 business days (unless otherwise noted on the homepage).

•     Pre-order items: Your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready, as stated in its title.

•     We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing Route Insurance on all U.S. orders.

•     If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to have it resent.

•     Please triple-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
