•     Ready-to-ship orders: Ship within 2–4 business days (unless otherwise noted on the homepage).

•     Pre-order items: Your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready, as stated in its title.

•     We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing Route Insurance on all U.S. orders.

•     If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to have it resent.
